Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time At the reception of We Fly Teotihuacán. Every passenger must present a valid government-issued photo ID to complete check-in — a passport is always accepted, as is official photo ID issued by your country. It is what allows us to register you under the travel insurance that covers the flight, so without it you cannot board (you may reschedule, subject to availability and our date-change policy). Minors do not need their own ID: they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who presents ID and signs on their behalf.
Watch as the hot air balloon is inflated by the pilots and the team.
Once the balloon is ready, the team will instruct you to board the basket.
Make sure to follow the pilot's instructions for a safe and comfortable boarding.
The ground crew will be waiting to assist in securing the balloon and helping you safely out of the basket.
